Asset marking and property identification.

Label Source provide ranges of pressure sensitive labels, plastic and aluminium tags, aluminium and stainless steel nameplates, resin domed badges, and etching stencils. These enable products, assets, equipment, property, goods, records and datafiles to be clearly marked to allow identification and tracking.
Asset labels include serial numbered labels, with unique number sequences to clearly identify items, provide details of ownership, and to offer security to establish guarantee or warranty.
Barcode labels and tags are supplied in most commonly used one dimensional or two dimensional barcodes. These provide numeric or alphanumeric identification. These barcode labels are used for retail, industrial, and commercial applications of stock control, product identity, asset tracking, and data recording.
One dimensional barcode symbologies include Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8, EAN-13, Interleaved 2 of 5, and Industrial 2 of 5.
Where there is high volume manufacture, or large number sequences, or the need for miniaturising labels, two dimensional barcodes are used. These include Data matrix, Maxi code, PDF 417, Code 49 and Codabar.
Stencil systems can permanently mark assets to establish ownership and to prevent theft. These are supplied with coloured compounds, which etch into the surface of the asset, and prevent removal of the identifier without destroying the surface.
Asset and property identification labels an be manufactured in materials which provide, high temperature applications, rub resistant and chemical resistant, tamper proof and tamper evident security, UV resistance, outdoor or long term use.
