Labels, nameplates and tags.

 

Marking solutions are available by using a wide variety of print processes, and material selection to meet customers’ requirements.

Labels, nameplates, badges, fascias, decals rating plates and tags are provided in formats to British, European and International standards, and can be manufactured to include company logos, and customer specific information. These can be made to operate at high or low temperatures, to adhere to low energy or stippled or difficult surfaces, for long term outdoor life, and to comply with rub tests and offer UV, chemical and weatherproof.

Materials include pressure sensitive filmic products including self adhesive vinyl, self adhesive polyester, self adhesive aluminium foil and self adhesive polypropylene. Metals include anodised aluminium, soft faced aluminium, brass, stainless steel (including marine grade), mild steel, and tinplate. Rigid plastics include polycarbonate, mark resistant pvc, polypropylene, acrylic, perspex and engraving laminates (traffolite).

Print processes used include screen printing, hot foil printing, thermal printing, digital printing, flexographic printing, resin domes, engraving, anodising, stamping, chemical etching and injection moulding.

Standard format label products are supplied for customer in-house printing by laser, inkjet and thermal printers.
